Each time, we were given another number to call. for the past 3 weeks we have spent many hours an the phone and spoken to 6 customer service members. After many attempts and long hours on the phone with her swelling fingers. She not received it, At 87, she got a ride to the bank where she was told to contact the headquarters.
My aunt ********* called in June to report lost of her We Financial credit card. called on 8/19 and was told the new card was never mailed.
Reported lost credit card but never received the new one.
